Bonnie Zeitner Pilates was founded in 2020 with a mission to provide personalized, mindful, and intimate Pilates instruction designed for every body. What started with virtual sessions quickly grew into in-studio private lessons, and now includeds one-on-one mentoring for Pilates instructors and studio owners, as well as holistic health coaching for anyone seeking a more balanced life.

How My Pilates Journey Began

I initially chose to certify in Pilates out of a desire to understand movement and help others reduce pain. During the certification process I witnessed the transformative effects on my clients, and also experienced profound changes in my own body. Pilates helped me relieve chronic pain, rebuild strength, and find a deeper sense of balance—both physically and mentally. That transformation continues to fuel how I teach today: with empathy, curiosity, and a focus on helping others move and feel their best.

My sessions aren’t your typical group reformer or traditional Pilates classes. They’re strategic one on one movement sessions designed to help you move with better alignment and less pain. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals, blending classical Pilates principles with other mindful modalities to create lasting change.

Who I Work With

With over 20 years in the fitness industry and teaching Pilates since 2014, I’ve worked with clients across a wide range of abilities—from athletes to those managing chronic pain. I’m also passionate about mentoring other Pilates professionals and believe in fostering a supportive, collaborative Pilates community.
