INSTRUCTOR MENTORING

Refine how you teach. Not just what you teach.

One-on-one mentoring for Pilates instructors navigating real clients, real teaching challenges, and the realities of building a sustainable practice.

Whether you're navigating the early years of teaching or refining a practice you've been building for a decade, this mentoring is designed around what you're actually working through. This is not a predetermined program. This is not a group program.

This is individualized support designed around your clients, your teaching questions, your business, and the challenges you're facing right now.

Together, we'll focus on the areas where you need the most support — whether that's programming, class structure, working with demanding clients, refining your teaching, navigating burnout, or building a more sustainable practice..

This work is for instructors who:

✓ spend too much time planning sessions and want a more efficient approach to programming

✓ want to create purposeful workouts without reinventing the wheel every time they teach

✓ want to develop a more critical eye for what their clients actually need

✓ work with clients who constantly want "harder" and need help balancing challenge with quality movement

✓ want to refine how they teach, not just add more exercises

✓ feel stuck in a high-volume schedule that's leading to burnout

✓ are building or growing a studio and need a thinking partner

✓ want more structure, clarity, and confidence in their teaching

✓ want a schedule that supports their life

Create a foundation built on:

  • Teaching Depth: Moving beyond choreography to understand the purpose behind every movement choice — so your sessions become more intentional, adaptive, and effective for every body in front of you.

  • Deep Retention: building strong relationships that keep your clients coming back, so your schedule stays full without constant marketing or posting.

  • High-Value Systems: building the support systems behind a more sustainable business model so your schedule, income, and energy feel consistent

WHAT MENTORING LOOKS LIKE

Mentoring is private, one-on-one, and virtual. We start with a discovery session so I can understand where you are, what you're working through, and what would actually be useful. Some instructors come for a single conversation. Others might find continued support more helpful.

Discovery Session — 1 session where we talk through your current situation, where you feel stuck, and what you're working toward. I gather what I need to build a focused plan before we begin. From there, I'll outline what ongoing support looks like based on what you're working through.

Core Engagement — 4 sessions, once per week. Each session has a planned agenda built around your goals. After every session you receive a written recap by email so you have something to reference and reflect on between meetings.

Between Sessions — you get brief check-ins by text as questions come up. You won't be waiting until next week for something that needs a quick answer.

Ongoing — After your initial sessions, we can continue weekly or as-needed based on where your work takes you. Some issues resolve in four sessions. Some evolve into something bigger. The structure follows what's actually useful.

This is not a course. It's real-time support for what you're actually navigating — whether that's refining how you teach, building out a studio, managing clients, or figuring out what comes next.

Availability is limited. I work with a small number of instructors at a time.

how it all began…

I built my Pilates business from a reformer in a spare bedroom and no clients due to Covid. I started sharing my workouts on Instagram to keep busy. Something that would completely changed the trajectory of my work.

Within a year I was teaching clients across the globe, building a practice entirely through my online presence. Today that bedroom startup has grown into a community of 75,000+ with over 215,000 monthly views. I carry a long-standing client list that includes founding clients with over 2,500 hours of teaching. A schedule built on retention, not constant recruitment. A business model that prioritizes structure, expertise, and sustainability over the constant hustle.

My mentoring is grounded in over a decade of teaching Pilates and five years of private studio ownership built on a longer foundation in fitness management, large-scale wellness programming, and running my own gym. I've seen what works at different scales. The questions that come up most haven’t changed: how do I see what my clients actually need, how do I build something sustainable, and how do I trust my own instincts.

That's where we start.
