I’m so glad you’re here

Who I am

  • I initially chose to certify in Pilates out of a desire to understand movement and help others reduce pain.

During my certification, I was working through chronic pain from a knee and shoulder injury. Pilates didn't just help, it transformed how I moved, how I felt, and how I would approach movement from that point on. That experience shapes every session I teach.

I've been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and teaching Pilates since 2014. I'm BASI-certified, which means my training was comprehensive, rigorous, and grounded in the original method.

Over the years I've added certifications in S.A.I.L., YogaFit, and health coaching through IIN, and I continue to study fascial work, neuroplasticity, proprioception, and the science of how the body adapts.

My clients range from strong, experienced movers to people rebuilding after injury. And the instructors I mentor range from newly certified to established studio owners. What they all have in common is that they're done settling for surface-level work. They're done going through the motions in their practice, or in their teaching.

  • My sessions aren't your typical group reformer or traditional Pilates class. They're strategic, one-on-one movement sessions that draw on Pilates, fascial work, functional + mobility training to address what's actually going on in your body — not just what's on the surface.
